How long will it take to ship my order?
We usually ship within 24 hours or less.
However, orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipments usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
We do have an expedited shipping option that you can choose while checking out.
Please note, on every product page you can check the ETA for your address by submitting your zip code.
What is your return policy?
You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Will your system fit my ride?
NUTV4 Series: Fits round bars with a diameter of 1.5" - 2".
NUTV5 Series: Offers multiple mounting options for different vehicles:
- Golf Cart: Square 1" bar
- ATV: Round 1" bar
- UTV: Round 1.5" | 1.75" | 1.85" | 2" bars
- Boat: Round 2.25" | 2.5" | 2.75" bars
You can select the appropriate mounting kit on the product page when placing your order.
I have my own head unit/controller or sound bar, can I use it with your system?
Yes, but only if you intend to purchase one of our NUTV5 series kits. Or the TEXAS series kits.
If your head unit/controller or sound bar has an RCA/AUX out you can use it instead of our NOAM controller.

Can I add your NSUB subwoofer to my NUTV4 system?
You can't add a subwoofer to your current setup. The NUTV4 amplifier isn't powerful enough.
That's why we came up with the following solution: the NSUB.2 kit, which contains the BA1 mono amplifier and the NSUB.2 subwoofer.
This combo kit has a high-level input, allowing you to hook it directly to your NUTV4 system.

I have a Ride command, will your ride command kits work for me?
Yes!
We offer a variety of Ride Command kits that come with our ride command adapters. It's a plug-and-play installation allowing you to use the Ride Command head unit with your NOAM system.
